We base our offering on three generations of experience in construction, restoration and promotion of properties in Portugal by Grupo CDI, founded in 1924, along with a multidisciplinary team that understands the current needs in the premium housing markets. Solid investments are a consequence of the Porticum philosophy. From selecting the best materials to specialised technical solutions, to careful and original design, we combine technological innovation with the identity of the places where we build.
